Initial Consultation. An on-site visit lets us talk about your project and everything you’d like it to be. This visit lets us gauge the size of the project, existing structures and compositions, and encourage you to share your own ideas. We will align this with some initial ideas for you to consider so that we can tailor our work to best fit you and your garden. Following the consultation, you will receive a design fee proposal for your consideration.

Design and Plan. A series of concept boards is sent to you to clarify the general mood you are looking for, along with the materials that best suit the project, structural elements, and planting schemes. This is a collaborative process where your feedback is valued so that we move together toward a final design that you want. When we have agreed upon a final design, you will receive a design package showcasing the relevant detailed drawings. This process typically takes between 2-4 weeks to produce.

Council Approval. Council or developmental approvals (DA) are not always required, but in cases where your local council requires such documentation, we will conduct the necessary research, preparation, and lodgement to get your project approved.
